I am not a huge fan of the scale, so hopefully keeping track of everything will make all the difference!!A Mormon Mommyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14810055121468817138noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2025373309158064945.post-15952034507577892232011-03-02T18:18:41.668-08:002011-03-02T18:18:41.668-08:00Hey Jennie! Surprisingly, I found myself following some of the stuff from Rachel's Weight Loss 101 page, especially, weighing yourself regularly, logging the food you consume, and portions, portions, portions.
Along with her guidelines, this method also helped me out: http://www.ehow.com/how_5578688_lose-weight-eating-hours.html This tip will increase your metabolism, and you will never go hungry as long as you eat sensibly. The food diary helped the most because you will start building a routine and by logging your weight every 1 or 2 days, it will affect your eating patterns for the following day. I GUARANTEE you will see a difference if you stick to a steady regimen for 3 weeks and are meticulous in your diary recording.
Lastly, you're absolutely right. Taking care of yourself leads to a healthy lifestyle, which in turn leads to more time on this earth with the ones you love. GOOD LUCK!Chadnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2025373309158064945.post-11589778374351609362011-03-01T07:49:08.568-08:002011-03-01T07:49:08.568-08:00David helps me get motivated.
