A few months later I find out I'm pregnant with my Princess and a backyard is no where even close to being in my thoughts! Until they got older. Our backyard consisted of a slope and a huge side yard. No fence and to keep the kids from running into the street.
Then we moved into an apartment, don't get me started on the apartment. Even though it had three bedrooms it was just not big enough. There was no place for my cute kids to run and jump and get some exercise.
But now, I have a glorious backyard with a fence. It's like I have hit the jackpot. won the lottery! It's amazing! When they're getting on each others nerves, they go outside. When they're getting on my nerves, they go outside. When they need to run around and be crazy kids, they go outside. It is by far my most favorite place of the house! Who knew that a little piece of grass and a few balls could make this mommy so happy!
Plus it's so fun that they play outside for hours on end with each other. They're learning to be best friends all over again. A lot of times they end up with dirt all over their clothes and in their hair. One day I gave my little man a bath and the water turned brown when it hit his little blonde hair.
One of the other great things about a backyard, Oswald gets out and plays with the kids. They play baseball and soccer quite regularly. It's so nice to see them all having fun together as a family!

What is your favorite thing about your house?
Did you have a backyard growing up and what kind of memories do you have?
--We had an awesome back yard as kids. We had a big trampoline, a chicken coop, a tether ball pole, and a large garden. It was the most amazing back yard ever!
Could use a little help!
I'm trying to decide if I should cut my hair or not. I am so hot when it's long, but everyone has long hair and it's so beautiful. It makes me a little jealous! But either way I need a cut, just don't know how much to cut!
yay for your backyard!!!! it really is the best thing ever to have a fenced-in yard! i'm so glad you're in a house and getting settled and happy. i was worried when we went so long without getting posts from you, but glad to know that it was your internet (although frustrating) and not something more serious!
