That was a bad day...

That last post completely caught me off guard. I just read what I had written and talk about depressing!

This are so much better. I have been able to take some time off just for myself. I have been doing things that are fun to me. I checked out some books from the library and just lost myself in them.

I have been cooking, cleaning, and exercising.

It's amazing how much better I feel when I take care of myself.

Oswald recently got a promotion. It's a double-edged sword some times. But he's happy and so are we!

My kids are so sweet. I have things to write about coming out of my ears, but I still don't have a super desire to write. Don't ask why. I really don't know.

My sewing machine has been sitting out for 2 weeks now and I still have not finished what I started. I'm really tired of it sitting out, so I will probably spend the afternoon sewing.

We cleaned the room my parents will be sleeping in while they're here. It might displace Max, or Oswald and me. Don't know who would be easier to displace. It's always a hard choice when family comes to town where to have them sleep.

I guess that means it's time to make this blog public again. Just remember, if I don't post for a while, it's probably because I need a break or because I feel like my life has just grown too mundane to write about!

  1. I'm glad things are better! I'm always so up and down, although for me it's more motivation related than blues. Thankfully I'm in an upswing right now and am getting things done, but I know a few days where I don't want to do anything but watch Gilmore Girls all day in my pajamas is coming...

  2. I'm thankful for posts like that one because it reminds me that not everybody in happy blog-land farts glitter and rainbows! I think it's important to write down the good and the bad! Imagine how short the Book of Mormon would be if only the good things were recorded!

    Thanks for your blog ♥
